Q: How does it work?
You pledge (pre-order) during the campaign to support the project. If we hit our funding goal, we’ll start production and deliver the product to you!
Q: What does “all or nothing” mean?
Our campaign is “all or nothing,” which means we must reach our full funding goal in order to move forward. If we don’t reach the goal, no one is charged, and the project won’t go into production. It’s a way to make sure we have enough support to successfully bring this to life!!
Q: When will I be charged?
You’ll only be charged if the campaign reaches its funding goal. No goal = no charge.
Q: When will I get my item(s)?
Once the campaign ends and we reach our goal, we’ll begin production. We’ll keep you updated on timelines and shipping every step of the way!
Q: Is this like a regular online order?
Not exactly—you're helping fund the creation of a new product, so some patience is needed. But you’ll be part of the journey, and we truly appreciate your support
